description:Responsible for providing client coverage banking
services to corporate clients, to include corporate finance and
specialized product services, designated by industry vertical, with
a focus on mid to large cap-sized private and public companies,
private/public equity funds and large family offices, generally
companies in excess of $500MM in annual revenue. Responsible for
ensuring there is a reasonably attainable strategy for delivering
appropriate return on equity, through providing the full-suite of
financial services Truist has to offer. Expertise in maximizing
client engagement with Truist through execution of Truist's
Integrated Relationship Management coverage model. Additional
responsibilities on internal client management duties as specified
by manager and team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing
is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties

- Responsible for maximizing total product revenue and growth for
clients within portfolio and sector and increase quality of revenue
based on opportunity.
- Responsible for loan generation and growing exposure
year-over-year for portfolio and clients in sector.
- Prominent in the vertical as the recognized expert in corporate
banking services respective sector.
- Responsible for leading the corporate banking initiatives and
efforts for the sector/industry alignment which includes reviewing
and supporting relationships, transactions and relative returns,
attending prospect meetings and working with both internal and
external referral sources.
- Directs the activities for a specific corporate banking sector
coverage, product, market, etc. within a business unit.
- May participate in strategic decision-making outside their
specific area.
- Influences and is accountable for business matters of
significance through partnership across multiple LOBs within The
Company.
- Attract, retain and develop talent of a mid to large size team,
with focus on diversity.
- Responsible for ensuring there is a reasonably attainable
strategy for delivering appropriate return on equity.
- Additional responsibilities on internal client management
duties as specified by manager and team.Required
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Licenses: Series 79, 63 and 24 for managers only
- 16-18 years of related work experience
- Experience in leading the execution of an extensive variety of
client transactions covering the full advisory and capital raising
spectrum
- Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products
- Proven ability to develop, nurture and monetize "trusted
advisor" client relationships with senior executives
- Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a
problem solving attitude
- Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the
ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed
environmentPreferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree, with a Finance focus
- 18-20 years of related work experience
- 10-12 years of management experienceThe annual salary for this
position is 300,000.00General Description of Available Benefits for
