• Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMS
• Create revenue management program pricing and implementation proposals
• Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties
• Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and Supervisors
• Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parameters
• Evaluate properties' rental revenue performance against financial objections and report on variances
• Monitor adoption and compliance
• Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including "shopping" the competition
• Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed
• Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustments
• Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings
• Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and tools
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Required Travel QualificationsEducation & Experience:
  • 1-2 years experience with LRO, Yield Star, or AIRM preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of multifamily experience preferred
  • Experience with Yardi and/or Onesite software
  • Knowledge and familiarity with completing market surveys
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, AdobePhysical Requirements:
    • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
    • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
    • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
    • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipmentWork Environment:
      • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
