success.The position: The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible
for the administration and support of revenue management systems at
assigned properties.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues
between RMS and PMS
- Create revenue management program pricing and implementation
proposals
- Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal
calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties
- Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training
sessions with end users and Supervisors
- Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new
lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms,
competitor data and other optional parameters
- Evaluate properties' rental revenue performance against
financial objections and report on variances
- Monitor adoption and compliance
- Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including
"shopping" the competition
- Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
as needed
- Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding
pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property
adjustments
- Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings
- Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used
in the leasing process at the communities and coach community
employees to effectively use the systems and tools
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Required Travel QualificationsEducation & Experience:
- 1-2 years experience with LRO, Yield Star, or AIRM
preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of multifamily experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi and/or Onesite software
- Knowledge and familiarity with completing market surveys
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one
to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, AdobePhysical
Requirements:
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of
time
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in
person and over the phone or computer
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as
files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other
office equipmentWork Environment:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one
of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
