Work with Business, Operations and engineering teams to design, implement, and deliver complex and strategic cross divisional technological initiatives.

Coordinate with a broad group of stakeholders to analyze and meet regulatory demands and mitigate business risks.

Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: performing business analysis and process analysis for operations and engineering related workflow, goals, and metrics; utilizing project management techniques including Agile project design and scrum techniques; utilizing business data analysis tools such as Alteryx and Signavio; using RAIDLog to track project issues, challenges, risks definition; status reporting and User Acceptance Test execution; using project management tools such as JIRA, JIRA portfolio or Asana for tracking key milestones and deliverable roadmaps / product backlog; and scoping and driving on-budget delivery of strategic projects (including operations and technology related initiatives) in a cross functional team setting.
