About the Role
As a CBRE Procurement/Program Manager, you will oversee programs,
source, negotiate, contract, and manage service providers for
outsourced services. You will assist in developing and implementing
sourcing and procurement strategies, playing a meaningful role in
redefining the Procurement function, mitigating risks, and
improving overall Accounts performance. Using strong project
management skills, you will focus on leading a remediation program,
establishing service provider agreements, ensuring compliance, and
maintaining procurement program stability.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and manage daily activities. Establish work schedules,
assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Work with business partners,
operational shared services team members, and sponsors to develop,
coordinate, and implement strategy at local and regional
levels.
Set and track staff and department/project target dates. Mentor and
coach as needed.
Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business
documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
Review the process of contract terminations, expirations,
extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management
staff of changes or results.
Manage supplier and contractor certification process.
Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers,
operations, and statement of works to find opportunities for value
creation.
Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service
providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE
RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an
agreement. Deal with sensitive issues.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues which may or
may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Disclaimers
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Procurement Program Manager
position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the
Procurement Program Manager position is $85,000 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will
provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health
insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
