About us:
The Program Director role will conceptualize, build, implement,
lead and manage a portfolio of critical programs with goal of
improving efficiency, effectiveness, and governance across the
organization. This role requires a strong blend of program
management expertise, process improvement methodologies (Lean Six
Sigma preferred), change management acumen, and a commitment to
fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Remote however desired locations are Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH,
Richmond, VA and Greenville, SC
What you'll do:

--- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business
Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred;
equivalent experience considered.
--- 8-12 years of relevant experience in program management,
process improvement, and change management.
--- Lean Six Sigma certification highly desired.
--- Proven experience leading and delivering complex programs,
preferably in a matrixed organization and/or an organization that
has grown through M&A.
--- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvement
initiatives, resulting in measurable efficiency gains.
--- Strong understanding of change management principles and
methodologies.
--- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software.
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $160,000
annually and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000
annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
