Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Director- Facilities
Management is responsible for the strategic direction of the
assigned region, including the employees, policies, and activities.
This position provides leadership and generalist support across the
region, and offers strategic consultation to regional leadership,
partnering with them to build and execute an HR strategy that
aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy.Job
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with regional leadership to understand the
organization's goals and strategy related to all areas of Human
Resources.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies,
processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the
organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Partners with regional leaders and HR team to identify
opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact.
- Prioritizes business and regional goals.
- Coaches and advises leaders on people strategy (Organization
Design, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent
Reviews, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee
Engagement and Retention).
- Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract,
onboard, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business
needs.
- Supports enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through
partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive
teams.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource
programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and
leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations;
performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and
morale; and training and development.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes
best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conducts research and analysis of regional trends including
review of reports and metrics from the organization's human
resource information system (HRIS) or talent management
system.
- Monitors and ensures the region's compliance with federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations, internal policies
and procedures and recommended best practices; reviews and provides
feedback on policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory
changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent
management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to
communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper
management.
- Facilitates professional development, training, and
certification activities for HR staff.
- Participates in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as
assigned.
- Performs other duties as required.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in an HR
generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization
development, change management and talent management
experience.
- Experience in using HR technology and analytics in HR
Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change
initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with
executive and senior-level leadership routinely and
effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
fast-paced environment.This is a remote work from home role with up
to 60% travel. The ideal candidate will be based in the region near
a major airport. The states in the region are WA, OR, CA, NV, UT,
AZ, NM, CO, NE, KS, OK, MN, IA, MO, AR,
TX.CompensationCOMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for
this position is $120,000 to $150,000. If both numbers are the
same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is
Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation
for this position as of the time of posting.BENEFITS: Aramark
