In this position, you will be a leader within your marketplace, leading your managers and their respective teams. You will teach managerial duties as well as reinforce and implement our core structure. We are looking for an individual who has a proven, teachable, and scalable system to drive productivity within the marketplace.           • Market Clark Energies and set up new clientele
          • Teach new hires how to canvass and schedule appointments
          • Teach new hires how to consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
          • Host weekly appointment setter and consultant meetings
          • Ensure targets, goals, and KPIs are met!
