Patient Acquisition to join our growing team.The Director, Patient
Acquisition, is responsible for managing and optimizing patient
lead generation, including the measurement of lead quality and
managing agency relationships. This position oversees all aspects
of media planning, buying, and optimization, ensuring campaigns
deliver high lead quality and meet patient acquisition targets.How
you'll make us better:
- Plan and execute media campaigns (paid, social, search,
display, and traditional), including budgeting and tracking
results
- Optimize acquisition strategies, ensuring acquisition goals are
met
- Interact with Strategy and Operations to ensure company revenue
and patient volume targets are integrated with campaign planning
and strategy
- Continue to innovate acquisition programs, leveraging new
technologies and channels
- Collaborate with the Creative to develop creative assets needed
for campaigns
- Determine optimal spend levels for each channel in partnership
with digital agency
- Oversee prospecting and retargeting Google, YouTube, and
Facebook ad campaigns, interpreting data from Google Analytics
and/or media platforms to refine strategies
- Analyze campaign performance data and key words, identify
trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Lead a team of media and search professionals, continuing to
keep up to date on changing trends and technologies
- Manage relationships with all media agencies and evaluate their
effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop high performing teamsPrerequisites
for success:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or
a related field required
- Ten (10) years of digital marketing experience including paid
search, paid social, and programmatic display with an agency and/or
multi-brand organization required; dental, or healthcare marketing
preferred
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience required
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and
programmatic display campaigns
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including
