Job Title: ICC Development DirectorLocation: In OfficeSalary: $100,000 + Profit InterestHours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM
• Closed Saturday & SundayPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ICC Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will help drive the growth of our Independent Contractor Companies (ICCs) by leveraging our proven growth playbook. This role will be central to both the development and ongoing support of ICCs, with a strong focus on relationship management, sales, and problem-solving.As the ICC Development Director, you will work closely with ICCs to facilitate their growth and handle complex administrative requests. You will also support our Account Managers by addressing escalated support tickets and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its ICC's.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth: Use our growth playbook to help guide and support ICCs in their growth, including assisting with team count expansion.
  • Support ICCs: Act as a primary point of contact for ICCs, providing tailored support and solutions to help them succeed.
  • Relationship Management: Make 10-20 outbound calls each day to current ICCs to provide guidance, ensure their ongoing development, and address any complex requests or challenges.
  • Escalated Support: Work closely with the Account Manager team to resolve escalated ICC support tickets, providing expert-level problem-solving and communication.Qualifications:
    • College graduate
    • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar field.
    • Comfortable with daily outbound calling and managing large volumes of communication, aiming for at least 5 hours of talk time each day.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.What We Offer:
