The director will be hands on in the venue working until can back
out to full VP position.
Must have fine dining. Top Japanese restaurant experience a big
plus (Example - Nobu)
Direct Operations for the Dallas, TX venue and preparing for growth
ahead of the brand, establishing training, operational standards,
team building, sales growth, etc...
Build the business and build the management team to develop
team.
Big Plus/Not a Must- Japanese cuisine experience leading large
scale operations in a fine dining environment.
You will be opening new restaurants as well.
Must have high volume restaurant experience
Salary plus discretionary bonus
Local a plus, will relocate for right person (USA or
International)
