**School Year 2024-2025**SITE DIRECTOR (PART-TIME): Afterschool Program Site Director, Dallas, TXAlphaBEST: After school is where adventures begin! AlphaBEST Explorations happen when our students have Site Directors who are dedicated to fun and creating the perfect learning environment that sparks curiosity!Location: Dallas, ISDSchedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Part-time)Pay & Benefits:

• Actual compensation is based on education and experience Pay Starts at $20.50/hr

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED,
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
  • Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standardsAs an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
    • Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
    • Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators
    • Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
    • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
