Director of Government Relations-Phoenix, AZWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Government Relations to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive government relations strategy to advance our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key elected officials, community leaders, and organizations to achieve our public policy and business development goals.
• Analyze potential legislative and regulatory threats and develop strategic responses to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Work closely with our market and hospital leadership to ensure they are informed of legislative and policy movement of consequence.
• Deliver presentations on policy and legislative issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support political activities and grassroots advocacy efforts.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in government relations, including legislative, agency, trade association, corporate, and/or other government relations experience in Arizona or Texas.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of success in developing and executing government relations strategies.What We Offer:
