Opus IVS offers modern collision shops an integrated platform of leading diagnostics and calibration solutions, anchored by expert technicians and cutting edge, patented technology.Position SummaryThe purpose of this role is to be the subject matter expert for Jaguar and Land Rover automobiles and to provide vehicle technical support related to all aspects of the vehicle.Responsibilities:Serve as the SME for Jaguar and Land RoverMaximize first time resolution of customer queriesResponsible for resolving all issues at every levelResponsible for providing information and advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customer via telephone and supported equipmentAccountable for documenting all customer interactions in Opus IVS databasePartner with technicians and software development teams to improve products and services Responsible for providing training support to customers and employees as requiredRequirements:Qualifications:HS DiplomaMinimum five years (5) JLR experienceHas attained factory trained dealership credentials or certifications that are at the Master levelStrong customer service skillsSuperior communication skills both verbally and writtenStrong organizational skillsAbility to maintain a professional demeanorStrong problem solverProven team playerProficient in all Microsoft Office Ability to download and upload filesAbility to perform basic Internet connection problemsWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive Pay: We know your value and we're not afraid to pay for it.
