Delegates assignments to team members, oversees BAU tasks, and exercises discretion in planning workloads and productivity goals.

Holds discretionary decision-making authority over day-to-day operations, team personnel, and managerial duties execution.

Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or a related field and five (5) of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Employer will accept a combination of education, experience and/or professional qualifications that are equivalent to a U.S.

Bachelor's degree.

Prior experience must include five (5) years with: partnering with cross-functional teams on full-lifecycle implementations, driving business process improvements, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing; utilizing technical expertise in SQL, XML, and JIRA to deliver efficient solutions; spearheading workflow automation initiatives, enhancing process efficiency and productivity; overseeing change management lifecycles, ensuring seamless releases and signoffs for production deployments; effectively communicating business requirements to diverse stakeholders, both internal and external; and applying expertise in data analysis, process automation, and big data to drive non-technical process efficiencies.
