Job Description:The Site Manager will be responsible for the
management of on-site staff continuously to ensure uninterrupted
workflow and promptly resolve staff performance issues. The Site
Manager shall be physically present for a normal 40-hour workweek
at the designated office location in the city of Dallas, TX. The
Site Manager will assign duties appropriate for the successful
completion of the specific contractual tasks to include mail center
services, office supply operations and materials management,
switchboard and receptionist duties, copy center support, help desk
support, building support operations, general administrative and
clerical support, human resource file room support, graphics design
and photography/videography services.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:This individual will provide supervision of
on-site staff and overall management and coordination of all
services, track attendance to ensure staff report to work in
accordance with their schedules, and report at specified intervals
to the customer. The Site Manager shall also routinely be
performing assigned tasks and be able to assist in any area
needed.Skills and Abilities Required:
- Skill in operating a personal computer (PC) with knowledge of
commonly used office computer systems such as Windows 11, Outlook,
Word, Excel, and Access.
- Skill and experience in human resource management reflecting
supervisory responsibility.
- Skill and experience demonstrating compliance with United
States Postal Service mail practices and use of various express
mail services.
- Skill and experience in the operation of Mail Center and Copy
Center equipment, including high volume computerized
Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and scanners.
- Skill and experience in inventory management practices.
- Knowledge and experience of office stock replenishment
requirements, processing supply orders and the procurement of stock
from vendors.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based
applications, including electronic mail.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in operation and
management of a reception desk or help desk.
- Skill and experience in the use and operation of high-volume
telephone switchboards/attendant consoles.
- Ability to lift and move (with or without accommodation)
parcels, furniture, and equipment up to 70 pounds.Minimum Education
and Experience Required:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with a minimum of five
years' experience in various phases of facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a closely related
field and/or 8 years of experience demonstrating their abilities in
the management of mailroom projects preferably in a Federal
contract environment. This individual's past experience must
contain a significant amount of client customer service and have
demonstrated the ability to manage mailroom efforts including a
staff of specialty and line managers.
- Must possess knowledge of contemporary project management tools
and have a command of the core principles of effective management,
including effective delegation, ownership, responsibility
development and tracking. Also have demonstrated ability to plan,
integrate, and manage life cycle mailroom operations involving mail
processing in high volume automated and manual operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is
