Job Description:
Duties: Responsible for creating a suite of customer-facing web
and mobile applications for the growing eServices Fidelity platform. Primary Responsibilities: • Analyze and design a suite of applications that provide
chat, email, and click to call back capabilities to Fidelity’s
customers and representatives. • Work with Product Architects, Technical Leads, and Senior Development resources across the organization in a Scrum Agile
environment. • Create high level and detailed business and technical requirements. • Code development activity to validate design and data
contract. • Ensure high code quality by following software engineering
best practices. • Analyze and design enterprise-scale applications that provide
best in class customer experience and require system to system
integration utilizing established and emerging technologies and vendor
products. • Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages of
technologies and methodologies. • Support product release activities, triage production issues,
and provide product installation and post installation support. • Analyze business requirements and translate business
requirements into technical requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5)
years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in
systems analysis and design of enterprise wide, high-availability, high
throughput customer-facing distributed applications; or, alternatively,
Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the
job offered or three (3) years of experience in systems analysis and design
of enterprise wide, high-availability, high throughput
customer-facing distributed applications. Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) performing systems analysis and design on
Omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions using Genesys
Framework, Genesys eServices, Genesys Contact Routing, Genesys Reporting,
Genesys Desktops, and Genesys Software Development Kit (SDK); DE in
analysis, design, and integration of Genesys Contact Center solution with
highly available, scalable, and high performance customer-facing web
applications and enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange server, using Simple
Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST), and
Active Roles Tool; DE applying business and system analysis methodologies to
the design of Omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions;
writing and managing business requirements using data flow diagrams, use
case diagrams, and sequence diagrams; and creating process flow
diagrams using Visio and IBM Rational Architect; DE performing systems analysis
and design of Omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions
according to Agile methodologies, using TFS for backlog maintenance and
